AML Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Policy objective
The operator maintains anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing procedures designed to detect, prevent and report misuse of gaming accounts for illicit financial activity.
Customer due diligence
Identity verification is required before higher-value transactions or withdrawals. Enhanced checks may apply when deposit patterns, source-of-funds evidence or geographic indicators suggest elevated risk.
Transaction monitoring
Automated and manual reviews flag unusual deposit or withdrawal behaviour, rapid fund cycling, use of third-party payment instruments or inconsistent account activity. Suspicious cases can be paused pending investigation.
Record keeping
Relevant customer and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable law and regulatory guidance, even after an account is closed.
Reporting obligations
Where legally mandated, suspicious activity reports are filed with competent authorities in the United Kingdom or other relevant jurisdictions without notifying the account holder.
Staff training
Compliance personnel receive ongoing training to recognise red flags and apply internal escalation procedures consistently across all customer-facing channels.
